  As new and first-time parents of our little girl who just turned 16 months old, we are pleased to mention that we have made the right decision to place her under the tender love and care of the teachers at Cambridge @ MacPherson Infant Care.

  The special and detailed attention, patience and great efforts by the teachers make school a wonderful learning place. The constant updates on my little girl’s progress are truly commendable. This gives us strong assurance that our little girl is in the good hands of the well-trained teachers while we are at work.

  Thank you and deeply grateful for your support in managing my child’s separation anxiety. Your amazing care and love towards Reiwa are truly exceptional. By taking into consideration the uniqueness of the child’s needs and through your conscientious patience, our little girl is able to eat and sleep well, and enjoy learning from the school activities.

  Dear Cambridge Pre-school @ MacPherson

  The role of teaching and caregiving, especially at the infancy stage, is a demanding job. While sending Chloe to an infant care was largely determined by logistical constraints, we also hoped that the exposure would build her character as well as social skills. Since we placed Chloe in the care of the teachers when she was 4-month old, she has grown a lot and had come to enjoy school and being with her teachers. In fact, we are very pleased to know that the teachers are doing their best to care, teach, and educate her – which would have been traditionally a parent’s job.

  We would like to express our gratitude and appreciation to the teachers and helpers at Cambridge Pre-School for the attention on Chloe. We would certainly like to make special appreciation to Yan Lao Shi and Teacher Beevi for doting on Chloe so much and caring for her selflessly on our behalf. As the Chinese proverb goes, it takes ten years to grow a tree, but a lifetime to mature a person. We are thankful that the teachers at Cambridge Pre-School would form the foundation that would help Chloe set off her own journey of life. Thank you!

  Hong Yi has been at Cambridge @ MacPherson since 3 months old. With the care and education provided by the pre-school, principal, teachers and aunties, he has learnt a lot of things. The continuous updates and feedback from the pre-school on his progress have helped us to better understand him. All the teachers are able to understand Hong Yi’s progress very well and provide feedback to us when we have questions regarding his daily performance in school.

  When we chose Cambridge Pre-school, we were given a tour by the Principal for Cambridge @ Macpherson. We found that they provided a conducive, yet fun and interactive environment for kids to grow, play and learn.

  Within a short period of 2 months, our daughter, Hailey had gained a lot of new knowledge in school, ranging from animals, colours, numbers, shapes and sizes to courtesy words like “Please” and “May I”. She is approaching 20 months old and she certainly enjoys the process of learning them all, under the guidance of Teacher Daphne and Teacher Miao Miao.

  The communication channel between us, the teachers and principal was regular and constant. The Parent CommApp provided us with a platform to convey our messages to the Teachers. Through the app, we also received photo updates from teachers, and the teachers make conscientious efforts in updating us her daily progress in class personally as well.

  We would like to express our sincerest thanks to the teachers and aunties here, as they are able to get Hailey to be exposed to more healthy and delicious food. Initially, she used to be a fussy and picky eater who is not receptive to new food items, but ever since she came to Cambridge Pre-school, she has become more willing to try and accept new food items, which in turn increased her appetite and contributed to her well-being.

  As a Chinese saying goes, “活到老，学到老”. The learning journey may be endless, but the most important factor is that, Cambridge Pre-school is able to provide a happy learning environment, where children can learn happily in fun and interactive ways, together with their teachers and classmates. Happy children are healthier, as they are able to learn better, and display more emotional literacy; they also tend to be better behaved as well.

  Under the principal’s leadership and guidance, we certainly feel that the team is closely bonded together like a family, as they helped one another out. Even with the ongoing pandemic outbreak, our hearts are certainly at ease putting Hailey in Cambridge Pre-school, knowing that Hailey is in good hands under the care and supervision of the team. We never regretted making the switch over to Cambridge Pre-school; it was certainly a wise move after all!

  My daughter cried hard on the first day in infant care because she had been with me all the time before the day. But she got used to the class soon and started enjoying school, thanks to all the staff at Cambridge @ MacPherson.

  I like the ParentCommApp as well. This app is for parents and we can see what my daughter does at school through pictures and videos. The school also shared an e-Portfolio with us when she moved from the infant class to the toddler class. This includes a report and we can understand what she learned, what she is good at, and what the next steps for her are.

  All children look so happy because the teachers are very kind to them. For me, they are reliable and supportive. They are always nice and open when we have questions and concerns. Thank you so much and we really appreciate that you always care us.
