At Cambridge Pre-school, pre-schoolers do not just hear about science.

During our Open House, your child will experience Aerodynamics Exploration, where they learn how air moves around objects and how shape affects flight.
Through exciting experiments, children discover how scientists and engineers design rockets and airplanes.

Here's a glimpse of what your little one will experience:
Watch the Rocket Challenge
Children launch rockets and discover something surprising. Two rockets look similar, but one flies higher.
Why? Because the sharp cone cuts through the air more easily, reducing air resistance.
Your child will explore how design affects performance, just like real engineers.
Which Wing Shape Flies Best?
Children experiment with different wing shapes:
- Triangle
- Rectangle
- Aerofoil
When wind blows across the wings, something amazing happens. The aerofoil shape lifts into the air. This introduces children to the scientific concept of lift, the same principle that allows airplanes to fly.
Learning That Feels Like Play

- Valid for first-time enrolments at selected Cambridge Pre-schools in Singapore: (Cambridge @ Artra Alexandra, Cambridge @ Holland, Cambridge @ Kingsford Waterbay, Cambridge @ MacPherson, Cambridge @ Midwood Hillview, Cambridge @ River Valley, Cambridge @ Sengkang and Cambridge @ Serangoon Gardens only).
- Not applicable for infant care services.
- Child must be registered by 30 April 2026 (registration fees, insurance, placement fees and deposit apply).
- Applicable for children aged 18 months to 6 years old. Child must commence school by 1 July 2026 or when child turns 18 months old—whichever is later.
- Offer is subject to availability and at the sole discretion of the respective pre-school centre.
- Promotion includes a $100 monthly discount for 24 months, starting from the first month of school.
Example: Full Month School fee + GST – Subsidies – $100 Promotion Discount
- Promotion is not exchangeable for cash and is inclusive of GST at the prevailing rate, where applicable.
- Promotion is deemed void if the child withdraws from Cambridge Pre-school during the promotional period, regardless of reason.
- Not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or rebate.
- Not applicable for internal transfers from other Cambridge Pre-school centres.
