As part of their Chinese culture appreciation curriculum, the Cambridge @ Dairy Farm K2 children were introduced to ink-wash painting (水墨画). They learnt how to use ink and brush to draw the trunk, branches and pine needles of a pine tree.
The children were enthusiastic and engaged throughout the lesson, excitedly creating their own pine tree paintings. This activity not only allowed them to express their creativity but also helped them appreciate the beauty of traditional Chinese art.
