Cambridge @ Fernvale was set up to meet the needs of young families in the community and has expanded into four bays over the years. It offers infant care in addition to child care services so that mothers can return to work after child birth with peace of mind.
No better time to post this up. Our baby girl joined the IFC around 4 months old and currently marks the 1 year anniversary that she has been with the school.
What we love: She is a happier baby compared to where we withdrew her from, constant and timely updates, teachers took the time and effort to assure us of her well-being, effort in planning the activities, she has food allergies and teacher managed to propose a work around plan when she started on solids (kudos to the kitchen aunties too), separate bay for younger and older infants - better infection control. When she was in her leap and got clingy, teachers attended to her with so much patience.
Thank you so much! Teacher Sharen, Teacher Tina & Teacher Jamie. We know she is in good hands under your meticulous care. We do see much of her improvement in terms of her social/ motor and communication skills too! Thank you Teacher Sarah, Teacher Jazeera and Lee Laoshi.
Anything we didn’t like about? None at the moment.

Awesome IFC choice. We are pleased with the experience our daughter had. Teachers are patient, caring and loving. They are very approachable and easy to communicate with, be it face to face or through the apps. Lots of activities involving sensory were done to keep our daughter busy throughout her days. And teachers are very prompt in updating her well about and photos too. The classroom is clean and well maintained.
We have no words to describe how thankful we are with Teacher Sharen, Teacher Jamie and Teacher Tina for taking care of our daughter. But sadly, we have to part ways as distance from home to school is far and our commitment to work. We appreciate the care and concern our daughter’s received throughout her 4months there. It is a good school and I highly recommend it. Cheers!

Both my kids attended Cambridge. When my son attended playgroup he couldn’t even say a word and was so baby-ish. But I am so grateful that the teachers were able to support and encourage him that he is able to speak in sentences now and is able to follow instructions so well.
My daughter was in N2 and I have seen a big difference in her attitude. She loved going to school and would share that school was fun. She learnt a lot during the time she was there.
Cambridge has a well-balanced curriculum which makes each day exciting for the children. Their outdoors sessions from soccer to playground allows the children to enjoy the classroom while allowing them to also release that extra energy outdoors.

My 5-year old son has been with Cambridge @ Fernvale since N1. The curriculum is well-rounded, blending academic learning with creative play, which keeps my son engaged. We've seen positive growth in his social skills, confidence, and love for learning since he joined. Though the school compound is not big, it is clean and equipped with what the kids need to explore and learn safely.
I was initially concerned about the very small class size for K1 and K2, but the principal and teachers assured that there will be more personal attention given to each child.
Special thanks to Teacher He Ai and Teacher Ain. I enjoy listening to what my son learns in class and I am especially glad to know that his Mandarin has improved a lot since the start of the year 😊

My baby is in their IFC for 3 months, however due to unforeseen circumstances (had to relocate to other country) i have to withdraw her. She is not easy to deal with, hence kudos to the teachers who are so patient handling my baby and make her to be better. My special thanks to Tr Sheren and Tr Tina & Tr Jamie for constant updates and patience. They have quite a number of activity and provide parents with photos.
I was told by friends that their babies fall sick weekly to biweekly whenever they put in IFC, however that is not the case for my baby. Yes, she did fall sick but it wasn’t serious and if I recall correctly she fell sick once throughout the journey! So thankful to enrol her in Cambridge IFC.
I would love to continue with them if I am not being relocated. ☺️☺️

“I’m delighted to see Saif actively engaging in a diverse range of activities.”
Parents of Saif
It warms my heart to see Saif’s joy and comfort in his learning environment. The warm reception he receives from his teachers speaks volumes about the nurturing atmosphere they’ve cultivated. It’s clear that he feels safe, valued, and cherished, which is crucial for a child’s overall well-being. Moreover, I’m delighted to see Saif actively engaging in a diverse range of activities. This not only provides him with a well-rounded learning experience but also contributes significantly to his holistic development. It’s evident that the center places a strong emphasis on fostering skills and interests that will serve as building blocks for Saif’s future. Knowing that Saif is in such capable and caring hands allows me to have full confidence in his growth and happiness during this formative stage of his life. I’m excited to continue witnessing his progress and look forward to all the wonderful experiences that lie ahead for him at the center.
“We have complete trust in the school and know that he is getting the best care possible in a good learning environment.”
Parents of Max
My child has been in Cambridge @ Fernvale since he was 18 months old and he’s now in K2. We have complete trust in the school and know that he is getting the best care possible in a good learning environment. The teachers are attentive, caring, and loving, this put us at ease when we’re at work. Teachers at the school have always maintained a good level of communication with me about my child’s progress. He is happy and looks forward to school, which is a sign of developmental success. He has learned so much through the ISTEAM programme, his reading fluency is commendable, and he has grown to be a confident little man. We are grateful for all the teachers’ efforts.

“…individual attention to each child based on their learning abilities and skills.”
Father of Jaylen
The preschool years provide my child with opportunity to learn social skills, develop learning and build confidence. I’m glad Cambridge is well equipped with these facilities and Jaylen has blossomed and always eager going to school to learn and play with his friends. It’s indeed a pleasure to watch him grow.
The project based approach is truly helpful in acquiring life-long learning skills based on the real world scenarios and environment. Each term has something different and interesting to offer and look forward to. It is also heartening to see how teachers and staff give individual attention to each child based on their learning abilities and skills.
Besides the fundamental academic curriculum, the school cultivates real-world skills through project work. With a different theme topic in each term, Jaylen learns and develops valuable skill that enables him to communicate, collaborate, manage changes and being creative which are essential skills to prepare him for tomorrow’s world. He has also established strong friendship with his classmates. He would share about his interaction with them in class, whose birthday is coming and what snacks to buy for his friends when they have an outing.
We, as parents, are extremely thankful to the teachers and school for their efforts in the best nurture of our children and look forward to even more exciting years ahead with our little daughter still in school.

Parent of Jervis
As a parent, I feel that Cambridge @ Fernvale has given my child the opportunity to experience that learning is fun at an early age. The curriculum allows my child to play, grow and learn together with his friends. In addition, the lines of communication between the staff and parents are open at all times. Lastly, I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at Cambridge @ Fernvale for teaching and guiding my child all these years. The care and concern shown by the teachers have moulded him into a confident boy who is ready for his next phase of life in primary school.
