To celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, the Cambridge @ Holland children explored one of the festival’s most iconic treats – mooncakes! Not only did they get to taste these delicious pastries, they also had the exciting opportunity to make them. This hands-on activity allowed the children to discover the process behind making mooncakes and the ingredients that make it so yummy.
The experience was both fun and educational, helping the children appreciate the effort that goes into making food while learning about an important cultural tradition. We are proud of our little chefs and their enthusiasm throughout this festive celebration!
