The children from Cambridge @ Bukit Timah went on an excursion to Marina Barrage. The weather was perfect for being outdoors and the views from the rooftop were simply breathtaking. The children drew pictures by observing the beautiful landscape surrounding them. Just take a look at their masterpieces which they were so proud of!
The Cambridge @ Bukit Timah children went to the musical puppet show “Pinocchio: A Whale of a Tale”. Through the show, the children learnt the value of integrity, courage, appreciating loved ones and community, and protecting the environment and animals!
Cambridge @ Bukit Timah offer Bilingual Literacy and inquiry learning through iSTEAM curriculum. This approach provides our children with plenty of hands on experiences as they learn and grow with us, it also provides our children with developmentally appropriate curriculum that consider their interest, abilities and surrounding.
Field trip allow children to acquire and validate information in a more authentic environment. Monthly field trip teaching and learning objectives are identified by the teacher and involves children’s active involvement and participation during the trip.
In supporting children to learn about the world, developing positive attitudes or dispositions towards learning and the people around them is just as important as acquisition of knowledge and skills. Cambridge @ Bukit Timah celebrates various festival and occasion, for example Earth Day, Racial Harmony Day, National Day, Halloween, Grandparents’ Day and etc.
